We begin with a fact-finding mission so we can get the clearest picture of your business in its current state.
Through S.W.O.T. Analysis, brand audit, A/C chart evaluation, People Analyzer Conversations, vendor audit, market research, and the use of various frameworks, we will gather critical data and uncover key observations about your business, resources, and market opportunity.
An initial two-day, on-site visit and several virtual inputs from your leadership and marketing teams are critical for the success of this foundational phase.
In Week 5, you’ll receive a Trailhead Report detailing our findings to date.
Strategy, Rocks & Measurables
Up through day 60, we’ll define/refine the marketing strategies, 90 Day Company Rocks or S.M.A.R.T Goals, activities, measurables and scorecards, milestones, budget and timelines to align with your 1-year plan, 3-year picture, and 10-year vision.
Every company is different; your strategy may call for A/C Chart and Right Person Right Seat (RPRS) changes, brand and messaging work, changes to the website, digital and offline marketing/advertising activities, and more..
During Week 9, we’ll gather the Leadership Team around the campfire to communicate the results of Trailhead and Basecamp, Identify, Discuss and Solve issues (IDS), and make the decision to kickoff the plan together.
